Feedback Consulting, as knowledge partner of ICEMA and Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) for ‘Excon’ 2015 (South East Asia’s largest Construction Equipment exhibition), conducted a strategic engagement comprising 1000+ interviews with stakeholders representing different segments of the value chain including OEMs, dealers, suppliers, rental companies, industry associations, government agencies, experts and end-users.
An insightful report was developed on “Indian Construction Equipment Industry – Vision 2020” that covered future prospects for the industry, government role in making the sector more stable and sustainable, and opportunity for each stakeholder. Provided strategic direction and inputs for a ‘go-no-go’ decision for a client who was keen to assess the feasibility of setting up a dedicated plant to address the demand in some specific regions in India by doing a detailed assessment and analyzing potential opportunities for RMC units. This helped the client take the right decision on setting up a new unit in the recommended region.
