Jharkhand inks pact with ADB to finance four road projects – Feedback

The Jharkhand state government, on inked an agreement with the Asian Development Bank (ADB) to finance its four road projects.

The USD 200 million (approximately Rs 1,500 crore) agreement will fund Khunti-Tamar (43.7 km), Govindpur-Tundi-Giridih (43.5 km), Giridih-Jamua-Sharvan (45.2 km) and Dumka-Hansdiha (44.2 km) road projects. The four projects will connect populated areas of Khunti, Ranchi (rural), Dhanbad, Giridih, and Dumka. After the project agreement, work on the already sanctioned projects will begin soon.
