A career Feedbacker, Rajagopalan has over 10 years of experience in Stakeholder Experience measurement and improvement. Rajagopalan has been a part of the customer Experience practice since its inception in 2006 and has played a key role in building the BU and growing it to its current levels.
Rajagopalan has overseen and worked on several customer centric engagements across various sectors viz. General / Heavy Engineering, Steel, Construction Equipment, Energy, Automotive components, Elevators, Furniture, IT, Logistics, Healthcare, etc.
He has been involved in over 300+ engagements encompassing different stakeholders such as customers, employees, vendors and dealers. The type of engagements include Customer Experience Measurement & Improvement programs, Brand / Image perception studies, Needs & Expectation studies, Usage and Attitude studies, Pricing engagements and other ad-hoc engagements.
Further, Rajagopalan has played a significant role in the Business Development function for the Customer BU – prior to his current role, he was driving the Customer experience business development function for the whole company.
He currently leads Customer Experience practice for the Manufacturing & B2B vertical.
Rajagopalan holds a Postgraduate degree in Management (Specialization – Marketing) and Bachelors in Management Studies (Specialization – Econometrics & Marketing) from University of Mumbai.
His interests are sketching, music, cricket and movies. An animal lover and hiking enthusiast, he’s often seen taking long hikes accompanied by his beautiful dog Leo during weekends.
