An engineering graduate from Calicut University and an MBA from Pondicherry University, Chandramouli was instrumental in conceptualizing and designing Feedback’s customer satisfaction framework, which primarily integrates aspects of satisfaction, loyalty, advocacy and value for money along with expectations, business benefits, brand image and other futuristic aspects to derive takeaways for clients, which helps them improve relationships with their customers. Under his leadership, the Customer Experience business made significant progress, extended its footprint internationally and forayed into consulting services in addition to measurement.

Chandramouli makes time to share his knowledge with the next generation through guest lectures and specific B2B market research courses at various management institutes.

He is a regular speaker in various industry forums.

A devoted art enthusiast and a great fan of classical music, Chandramouli has performed for various radio stations including All India Radio Pondicherry, Chennai and Thrissur. His violin skills are a treat to the ears.
