Sterling Holiday Resorts Ltd, a 100 per cent subsidiary of Thomas Cook (India) Ltd, has announced the acquisition of Nature Trails Resorts Private Ltd, an adventure holiday company that operates resorts at five locations in Maharashtra.
“Nature Trails Resorts is now a 100 per cent subsidiary of Sterling Holidays Resorts Ltd,” the company said in a statement. The company did not reveal the amount involved in the transaction.
Nature Trails currently has resorts at Durshet, Sajan, Kundalika, Dabhosa and Koyna, all at drivable distances from Mumbai, Pune and southern Gujarat. The resorts are spread over 53 acres. This acquisition will help Sterling Holiday to offer adventure travel packages.
