Godrej Properties has entered into a partnership to develop a 100 acre residential township with its sister concern Godrej Agrovet.
The project is located near Sarjapur in East Bengaluru. The proposed township has a developable potential of up to 9 million sq. ft. of saleable area and will be developed as a residential development in multiple phases. The actual saleable area consumed on the site will range between 400,000 square meters and 830,000 square meters depending on the types of residential development planned. The location is well connected to key IT Hubs of Whitefield, Sarjapur Road, Outer Ring Road and Electronic City. It also benefits from a well-developed social and physical infrastructure making it a self-sustaining cluster. This project will be developed under the development management model.
