Maharashtra Housing Development Authority (MHADA) in a first of its kind initiative has decided to build score of 60 storey skyscrapers for middle and high income groups (MIG) and LIG) in the heart of the city.

These towers will come up as part of the housing board‘s ongoing move to redevelop central Mumbai whereby in all, 8,210 apartments built by Maharashtra Housing Development Authority (MHADA)  will hit the market in a belt currently cluttered with high-rise ultra-luxury housing.
